RAZ Supply Center Rough Draft

Apologies for shabbiness, I Decided to submit it in a new rough draft format this time to get some feedback!
(I don't think I'll use this format next time but decided to try something new)

Mainly it is basically to show a possible setup for the resource structures (refineries if you will) of the Allies and Soviets.

The resource system in this mod is simply 'Supplies'- just like in CnC Generals. Players will either hunt them down at supply stashes- or send out an engineer to commandeer some special Neutral Tech supply-generating structures (Supply Depots- coming soon).

Both teams send out supply trucks to collect the resources and simply bring them back to base to be collected by these structures. Both involve having the trucks line up at the back, driving through the driveway, waiting for the crane to take away the supplies, and driving out. The Crane drops the supplies onto a conveyerbelt that leads inside the structure (note that on the Allied version, the idea is that there is a second crane or conveyerbelt underneath the control room that slides the cargo into the structure).
