Here it is!
A realistic-ish Portrait of Sonic the Hedgehog Villain Dr Ivo Robotnik (aka Eggman), along with his creations Mecha-Sonic/Metal-Sonic/Robo-Sonic (take your pick) and Robotnik's mechanical duplicate, EggRobo (from Sonic & Knuckles).
Robotnik:
Based on his original Sega form, with a few elements from the newer versions, I wanted to make the appearance of a guy who spent a LOT of time in an industrial area- which lead to the design of his robo-ed up jumpsuit.
Adding a bit of a twist are the ambiguously cybernetic parts all over him (just his gear, or his body- who knows?)
Also, I forgot in the Preview-version to fix his wrist-mounted readout- now it includes one of many helpful reminders and notes!
Robot Sonic:
Also a mix of the different versions (leaning more towards the latest), my main attempt was to make him look eviler- after much effort I managed to come up with a sinister enough look- but redrew him again into what is now something I am much happier with (with an extra-eager look in his cold eyes!)

Sonic And Knuckles character and grossly under-used villain: Basically a Badnik designed to copy Robotnik, this thing fills in for Robotnik in the Knuckles missions, piloting that giant egg-mobile thing in his place. Wanted to make it look like a more sinister version (the original looked rather cute), with a colder gaze, leaning more towards the idea that this was Robotnik's assistant and fill-in evil mastermind when Robotnik isn't around.

Yep, a narcissistic madman with an IQ of 300 is what I see here. Alone in a world of talking animal folk, robotnik believes man is king, and is quite content remaining the last organic being on the planet, sat alone atop his lifeless mechanical world. His intellect and lack of empathy ironically make him less human than the very animal folk he's pitted aganst.
